Today Deanswood A visited Nevendon Road and to be fair dominated the first half. Signet really didn't get started at al in the first half and within ten minutes a very soft penalty was awarded to Deanswood which was taken well and gave Deanswood a deserved lead. Deanswood weren't finished and created an excellent move eight minutes later and went two up from a well worked goal. The second half  started and Signet woe up and gave a much better account of themselves. Signet battled much harder and created many more chances. With five minutes left Signet were awarded a penalty for a late challenge on Ryan Burgess. The penalty was struck well by Ryan Heywood and the last five minutes was completely dominated by Signet but the closest they came was to see Ryan Burgess hit the post from a headed corner. It finished 2-1 and Signet can look ahead with lesson learnt.
