The club AGM will be held on Monday
30th October 2006 with the venue to be confirmed. If you have any
questions that you wish to ask in the any other business section of
the meeting, the question must be submitted at least 72 hours prior
to the meeting taking place. You an do this via the email us screen
on this website or in writing to the club secretary Ms Tracey Emery,
60 Great Knightleys, Basildon Essex SS15 5AP. Your acceptance of the
question will be confirmed in writing and answered at the meeting.
No questions will be answered that are not submitted prior to the
cut off date. An agenda will be announced on this site 14 days
prior to the meeting date. |
